When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email we receive only what you choose to share (name, contact details, stay dates, party size). We use it solely to reply and manage your booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and keep it no longer than needed for your stay and our legal accounting obligations.
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no trackers. Your language choice is stored only on your own device. The request form composes a message in your own WhatsApp or email app — nothing you type is stored here.
